Information for Ticket Voucher Holders

The ticket exchange office is now open every day from 10 am to 10 pm at Gulustan Palace (Gülüstan sarayı), Istiglaliyyat Street in Baku.

The Gulustan Palace is a well-known, centrally located Conference Hall overlooking the amazing seaside boulevard. We recommend you to take one of the Eurovision-branded London-style taxis (early morning queues are longer – we expect quicker turnaround times in the afternoon.

Please note:

  • Ticket vouchers will only be exchanged at this office
  • We strongly recommend to exchange your vouchers at your earliest convenience
  • There is no possibility to exchange vouchers at or near the venue (at any time)
  • Please do not forget to bring your own passport/ID, ticket voucher and confirmation letter
  • Please do not forget to bring all passports, ticket voucher and confirmation letter for each person that you have purchased tickets for (ideally each ticket holder should come personally to exchange vouchers for tickets)

  • Tickets are being sold online by the official international ticket partner of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, Ticketmaster
  • After buying your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation voucher by email
  • With your confirmation voucher, passport and credit card, you pick up your ticket at one of the designated ticket offices in Baku, Azerbaijan. Locations and opening hours will be published on this website within the coming weeks. Ticket buyers will also receive an email with this information.

Important information for international visitors

  • All tickets to the public events of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be personalised for the purpose of issuing visa upon arrival in Baku. Read more about the visa conditions
  • A maximum of 4 tickets will be sold per event to each individual customer
  • Each ticket has to be personalised and tickets cannot be used by any other person
  • You can chose your seat by section only. Selecting specific seats is not possible. The organiser reserves the right of individual seat allocation in each section and the right to allocate seats in different sections in the same price level
  • Payments can be made only by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express). For technical reasons, all card payments will be processed in euros.

Important notes

Don’t buy tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 through other websites or from resellers, public or private. Advance booking for official tickets is available exclusively through the official ticket sales website.

Any tickets that may become available at short notice will be sold online and at the box office of the Crystal Palace in Baku.

Ticket vouchers and tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest are not for resale, private or public, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
