Eurovision.tv is the official international website of the Eurovision Song Contest, produced and maintained by the Eurovision iTV & Crossmedia Unit at the European Broadcasting Union.
What is the best WAY to visit Eurovision.tv?
The best way to visit Eurovision.tv is through a broadband internet connection with a PC or Mac, using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or higher, Firefox 1.0 or higher or the latest version of Safari. The best screen resolution to watch Eurovision.tv on is 1024x768 pixels or higher. However, we aim to support as many configurations as possible.

WHEN and WHERE will the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest take place?
The upcoming Eurovision Song Contest will take place at the Telenor Arena, 15 minutes from Oslo, in the municipality of Bærum. The two Semi-Finals will take place on 25 and 27 May, the Final on 29 May, 2010.

How can I TAKE PART in the Eurovision Song Contest?
The selection of a Eurovision Song Contest entry is the sole responsibility of the public broadcasters of the participating countries. The European Broadcasting Union is not involved in their selection procedures, although requires transparant and fair national selections for the international competition. To make an inquiry for more information about representing one of the participating countries, to apply for participation or to submit a song, you are required to get in touch with the participating broadcaster of the respective country.
Can I WATCH the Eurovision Song Contest from outside Europe?
The 2010 Eurovision Song Contest is being aired by the national public broadcasters of the participating countries. For those abroad Europe who do not have access to one of these channels, can watch the Semi-Finals and the Final of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest live on the internet through Eurovision.tv. Links to the respective live streams will be made available shortly before the show.

How many people are WATCHING the Eurovision Song Contest?
In 2003, approximately 61 million people watched the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2004 some 97 million people watched, in 2005 some 91 million people watched the show. In 2006, ratings have been going up again, as approximately 102 million people saw the 51st Eurovision Song Contest in Athens. In 2007 and 2008, the contest had around 105 million viewers, in 2009 some 125 million people tuned in.

How can I apply for MEDIA ACCREDITATION to the Eurovision Song Contest?
The process for media accreditation to the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest takes place online and is restricted to bona fide media representatives only. Please note that the number of available media accreditations is limited. The accreditation period will run from early February until late April. More information can be found on the accreditation pages.
Can I get a FAN ACCREDITATION to the Eurovision Song Contest?
Fans are crucial for the Eurovision Song Contest. One of the unique elements of the event is the fan accreditation, giving only the most dedicated fans access to the rehearsals of the show and the press conferences. Each participating broadcaster is allocated a limited number of fan accreditations and it is up to the respective broadcasters to decide if and how many fan accreditations are being distributed. Where can I find LEGAL DOWNLOADS of Eurovision Song Contest songs?
Shortly after the draw for the running order, the songs of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will be made available online for legal purchasing. The songs and videos of the participants will be made available in high-quality MP3 (audio) and MP4 (video) format.
