    @JensH

    i think the reason why it is not sold out yet is the geographic location of azerbaijan. but it's not the fault of azerbaijan. it is a little bit difficult. but they are doing their best and what i see is, that azerbaijan is happy about eurovision, the peope are excited and ejoying it very much, that's the most important thing!

    and it it doesn't matter that the same german company as last year with its equipment is producing the show this year. the result will be great, hopefully. and if we have an entertaining esc at the end, azerbaijan did a good job! report to the moderator

    just look at the pics from last year, you wont miss very much its the same companies and people from last year in Düsseldorf who built the stage in Baku this year.

    Its sad that even the final until now is NOT sold out after one month off selling tickets.(just 17.000)
    In germany for 35.000 ticket its just takes few hours still almost all tickets were sold out.
    Hotel costs and ticket prices are much higher in Azerbaijan this year. Most fans from central europe will watch from at home this year and the the Arena will be filled up with local people not the blame the Azerbaijan regime. report to the moderator

    Crystal Hall without "crystal"...maybe just on the leds and some mirrors in stadium's W.C...German, Russian, Serbian, Finnish, Norwegian and Greek organizations had their stage almost ready by this time but Azerbaijan has it almost started... report to the moderator

    SamsMichael, I'm with you :)))) I too hope there will be grass soon and flowers! Baku is very green and right now it is drowning in tulips on the boulevard, so I hope it will be fine :)))

    BTW, do you know why the baby trees are supported like that? BAKU WINDS! Unfortunately, cannot escape this. They will be supported until they are strong enough to withstand the famous Baku Winds (if Azerbaijan is Land of Fire, Baku is City if Winds). I do hope they will replace those awful looking planks with something more subtle, though :))) report to the moderator

    It will be amazing!! I KNOW IT FOR SURE!

    But can you please, the days of the semis and the final, please, put some flowering outside the arena?? It looks so awful with little tiny trees that have to be hold by bars! report to the moderator
