Sofia,Bulgaria -

Born in a small town of Sliven, risen to stardom in Los Angeles and now going to Moscow to represent his country - that's Krassimir Avramov, Bulgarian representative for this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Bulgarian national selection was one of the longest one this year, with quarter-finals, semi-finals and in the end, a final. The whole process lasted from October till February when the twelve finalists took the stage. On 21st of February it was Krassimir to win with his Illusion.

Krassimir, being blessed with a very rare and unique male voice, the tenor-altino, could not stay silent for long. His 1997 debut album, Silent Voices topped the pop charts in Bulgaria. One year later his journey would continue in the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles, California.

At the 2005 L.A. Music Awards, Krassimir received an honor previously bestowed upon such music notables as Gwen Stefani, Korn and Black-Eyed Peas: he won Superstar of the Year for his 2005 album Popera.

Krassimir celebrated with a standing-room solo concert at Hollywood’s home of the Oscars, the prestigious Kodak Theatre. The audience gathered at the venue witnessed his bending and blending of musical genres – a synergy of classical and pop music called “popera.” Now you can enjoy his latest hit, Illusion, which gives him the greatest responsibility ever - representing his home country at Europe's favourite TV-show. Watch it below!

Bulgaria will perform eleventh in the first Semi-Final on 12th of May in Moscow. Read more about him here.

@the United States user - how yuo exactly dare to tell that THIS video is pornography. Look at your movies first and after that say this. 1 of billions example - "The butterfly effect 3" - this is pornography man, in the video this is erotic.
@the user, who show us here the live performance from bulgarian final. I ll say only 1 thing - poor country = bad technic. Even our amazing singer Vasil Naidenov said he didnt recognized himself when he heart his voice.
@Krasimir Avramov - Good luck! We are with you! Go and kick some ...... (cenzured, cuz of the children of the United States user)!

Hi I am from Spain and I like a lot the Bulgarian song. It’s much better from the Italian! But of course the Italian crust, highness, stupidity and disrespect are infinite. And without mention the envy. Its envy does not have an end. So darling bg_loverka
You know the worst of Italia are its Italian. (Not all of course but the major part yes…)
So congratulations and I will vote it!

I'm not insulting anybody! Those are facts! One should check them! Here the word Popera, which Krassimir pretand to be the founder of: http://www.zeno.org/Pierer-1857/A/Popera
Bocelli sings popera since 1997 with more than 90mil sold albums! Your Krassimir as you call him, is nothing but a lier! So if one should watch his language, this should be you! I'm giving links to the official information and you call me lier?! Who are you to tell people what they like or not! In Europe we have freedom of speach! You don't have such and have to listen to stories which doesn't exist! Sorry for you!

All about Krassimir is a LIE. He cannot sing live! Where are his 4 voice octaves, he isn't a tenor altino, he cannot even sing! Falset/ falsetto is no special singing!
The LA Awards are independent Awards which anyone could buy and no big deal in the business, despite of that his name isn't in even on the nominees list: http://www.piratenews.org/hollywood4.html
About the Kodak, this concert has been a part of a celebration of the Bulgarian Culture in LA and has been paid for him, no one bought tickets! The worse thing, the Bulgarian Eurovision has been bought by the boyfriend of Krassimir! This is so disgusting; all positive comments are written by paid PR people. He has no sold albums, no money and no voice. Is this a star? Someone boasting off to be the MAN-VOICE but screaming live complete out of tune or is singing playback, pretending to sing live. Well what can I say more: don't vote for fakes!
PS: about comment he is handsome, photoshop and botox...

Sorry, don't like it - I've tried.......Bulgaria were fab last year so my expectations were high - his voice is awful and has potential to be a disaster on the night........his only hope is to inhale some helium just before going on stage :-)
