Germany: Dita von Teese on stage?

Berlin,Germany -

The world-famous burlesque star Dita von Teese might be accompanying the German representatives ALex Sings Oscar Sings! on the stage of this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

According to the German tabloid Bild she will be presenting the German song Miss Kiss Kiss Bang together with Alex Christensen and Oscar Loya. Previously the German entrants had 'promised' a big star on the stage. So, is this it?

According to Dita von Teese's website she'll be in Moscow during that time at a 'private event'. Watch the German entry below.

Von Teese is best known for her burlesque routines and is frequently dubbed "the Queen of Burlesque" in the press. She began performing burlesque in 1993 and, as a proponent of New Burlesque, has helped to popularize its revival. In her own words, she "puts the tease back into striptease" with long, elaborate dance shows with props and characters, often inspired by 1930s and 1940s musicals and films. She's also an actress and model. She's been married to the shock-rockar Marilyn Manson.

I've always liked Dita Von Teese from what I've seen of her in magazines and short snippets online...I can't wait to see her perform...thnx Germany for making this available to us commoners...

from russia to have a skater
on his performances

but Dita von Teese she is not a dancer
she is something else


about the voting
that is the same thing as every year (same problems)

i realy dont think that
denmark has a chance this year

but it is EBU who is the boss
and desites what going to be on the contests

I think Germany need Dita to make a few points. I do not like their song really much. I think it will be at the end of the ranking.

dear M Ernandex (and to all others who think that ESC should be no more than just singing the songs)

If you don't want to see any shows, you may switch on your radio and listen to the comptition there. And then make your choice based only on the sound without any visual accompaniment. It will be a bit returning to the "Stone Age" but still I wish good luck. )))

great! fits perfectly in the eurovision glamour and i think it will add a lot to miss kiss kiss bang :-) hope dita, alex and oscar will do well!
