Stockholm, Sweden -

Arash, the Swedish-Iranian singer who represented Azerbaijan at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest together with Aysel, has released the new video for his song Kandi.

The careers of many of this year's Eurovision Song Contest have been going uphill after participating at Europe's favourite TV-show. It was just some days ago when Jade Ewen, the UK entrant with My Time, became the member of Sugababes. Then it's also clear by now that Aysel, the Azerbaijani entrant, is recording a new album.

Aysel's partner on the stage in Moscow, Arash had been working on the video for his song Kandi featuring Lumidee, a large part of the summer. Filmed on the island of Cuba, it features several characters, played by the singer himself. Now you have the chance to have a look at it, below:

Arash and Aysel qualified for the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest and in the end were beaten only by two songs - the Norwegian winner Alexander Rybak and his Fairytale and the Icelandic singer Yohanna with her Is It True? - and came third with their Always.

Oleksandr Skichko, Volodymyr Ostapchuk, and Timur Miroshnychenko will host the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest.
