ROTTERDAM - Belarus was chosen as the winner of the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Alexey Zhigalkovich delivered an outstanding performance with his song S Druzyami, which received a total of 137 points. It was a very close call with Armenia, who came in second with 136 points. -
