The year 2009 marks the end of the first decade of the twenty-first century. On the 4th of December, the Mayors of Moscow, Oslo and Bærum will gather at the Bærum Kulturhus for the Host City Insignia Exchange, celebrating the official hand-over between the Host Cities of the 2009 and 2010 Eurovision Song Contest.
