Earlier today, Dutch broadcaster NOS officially confirmed that The Toppers will represent the Netherlands at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. They will be the Netherlands' 50th Eurovision Song Contest contestants. A national selection will take place on the 1st of February, song writers have been invited to send in their songs before the 23rd of November.
