The Georgian rock band Eldrine rehearsed for the second time today. Before that, Eurovision.tv already met the Georgian team backstage - today, they were supported by Sopho Khalvashi, who was the first ever representative of Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest, in 2007!

The Swiss had their second rehearsal this afternoon in the Düsseldorf arena. Everything went very smoothly, and there was a confident and assured performance from Anna Rossinelli and her two accompanying musicians, one on double bass, and one who is principally playing guitar, as well as a ukulele in the songs introduction.

Alexej Vorobjov didn't have to qualify through a national final for the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest as he was chosen directly by the Russian broadcaster Channel One to be the country's representative. This afternoon, Alexej had his second attempt on trying to hit all notes perfectly and to find the right camera angles: the result looked convincing on the screens!

Serbia had their second set of rehearsals today, Nina and her team were wearing new, very colourful costumes, with the whole staging of the Serbian entry Čaroban having a retro funky theme.

Today, Emmy, the Armenian representative, rehearsed the elaborate stage act of her song Boom Boom once again. It included a big boxing glove, in which she was seated in the beginning of the performance. She and her team delivered a lively and vocally convincing performance.

Aurela Gaçe had won the right to represent her native country when she won the Albanian final which was held last December. Inittially, the song was performed in the Albanian language, but the team decided that it would be sung mostly in English here at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. Today, it was Aurela's second time to try out her performance on the big Düsseldorf stage.
