After an exciting national final tonight, the Romanian nation has found its representative for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest: Paula Seling & Ovi who will perform their song Playing With Fire in the second Semi-Final on May 27th. The song was chosen by a mixture of jury- and televote, and Playing With Fire got the maximum points from both.

Tonight is the night of nights - Super Saturday! A total of five countries will pick their entries tonight, the most exciting day in the national selections season. You'll be able to see some of them doing it LIVE on Eurovision.tv as well!

With only two weeks left till the deadline to enter songs for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest, it's now time for Romania to choose their entry. 16 songs have been chosen by a specially formed jury to compete in the prestigious national final, but only one of these can travel to the Norwegian capital Oslo in May. Who will it be? There is no clear favourite among the 16 songs, so anything can happen!

Europe is well underway with selections for the 55th Eurovision Song Contest. Through more than 100 televised events and numerous national selections, the 39 contestants for Oslo are being chosen. Saturday the 6th of March is this year's most exciting national selection night, with four national finals in Romania, Moldova, Croatia and Portugal, a second chance round in Sweden and Ukraine's song presentation.

The more the merrier. This seemed to be the idea when the songs and artists for the Romanian national final were announced. Early reports stated that as little as 12 songs might be selected, but after a tie in the jury voting the final number turned out to be 16.
