Tonight, the Slovak national final for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest took place. The TV public gave full marks to Kristína, while the expert jury had here in second place. Thus, she will represent Slovakia in Oslo with Horehronie!

Today, the Slovak national final will take place - one day earlier as initially planned, due to the recent success of the Slovak ice hockey team, which might be battling for an Olympic gold medal on Sunday, the initial date of the national final for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest.

The second semi-final of the Slovak national selection was held tonight in the STV studios in Bratislava. Six out of twelve entries proceeded to the final, which will be held in just one week, on the 28th of February.
