It’s was a busy day for the Bosnian delegation. Maya Sar, the lead singer, has arrived only today and had her first rehearsal in the Baku Crystal Hall. "I am very excited to enter this stage", she said. Maya performed her beautiful ballade Korake Ti Znam.

Hard rock is what Slovakia will present on the Eurovision Song Contest stage this year. Max Jason Mai, the young singer representing the Central European country, rehearsed his entry Don't Close Your Eyes for the first time today, showing an expressive performance full of energy.

Estonia are this year represented by Ott Lepland, with the song Kuula. The Estonian team arrived at the Crystal Hall today for their first rehearsal.

Anri Jokhadze had his first rehearsal in the Baku Crystal Hall today. "I'm not nervous", he told us right before going on stage. There, he showed an energetic performance, beating the drums and even playing the piano himself!

The second country to rehearse today were Croatia. Nina Badrić is one of Croatia's most experienced artists with a career spanning over two decades. Croatian broadcaster HRT were so confident in Nina's capability, they gave her complete control over the choice of their entry this year.

Eva Boto, who represents Slovenia in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, rehearsed for the first time today. She and her five backing vocalists performed on stage in long white dresses, fitting the romantic atmosphere of the ballad Verjamem. The singer yielded a loud applause from the press and fans in the arena for her powerful vocals!

Seviyorum seni, Sagapao poli, Yo te quiero a ti, Volim te, mon cheri - that's how the lyrics of the Bulgarian entry go, so it is a truly international love song. Surrounded by pink-coloured lights, Sofi Marinova performed on stage all alone, but with her charisma and unique voice, she really did not need the support of any backing vocals or dancers!

Gaitana from Ukraine had her first rehearsal today. She performed her song Be My Guest in front of colourful LEDs. Gaitana managed to impress everybody in the arena with her strong voice.

The group Litesound have been determined to make it to the Eurovision Song Contest, having participated several times in the Belarusian national final. This year the time has finally come for them with their entry We Are The Heroes.

Malta's Kurt Calleja was the fourth performer to rehearse today in Baku. The whole team seemed to have a lot of fun on stage when they ran through several performances of This Is The Night.

Kaliopi, representing F.Y.R. Macedonia in Baku, has her first rehearsal today. She has been performing in front of big audiences since her childhood, and her experience showed already today! The stage setting fit the structure of the song well, starting with a calm opera house atmosphere on the LED screens, and culminating in flashing spotlights once the rock part of Crno I Belo started.
